mysurbuy.com will exchange or refund merchandises purchased through our website, within 30 days upon receipt, as long as it's in plastic sealed condition.

If you discover any faulty of our products within 30 days upon receipt, you can contact our customer service for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing.

If you discover any faulty of our products after 30 days, you can still contact our customer service for a replacement  (Replacement postage fee should be covered by buyers). Please note that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.
